I finished unraveling and skeining up the sweater AED gave me. I kept the sleves intact and am felting them to make into something else. I've been searching for the perfect vest pattern to use for this. Haven't quite found one yet. I might combine a few to get the right design. I'm also considering plying this bukly/super bulky single ply yarn with something else to give it a new look. I have lots of short pieces to make samples with. But I think I should put this aside unitl after the holidays since I have lots of projects already.
I also need to line the first of the purses for my nieces. I made one that felted to a tiny size. I'm trying to decide whether it should be a doll purse to go along with the bigger one, or if I should use that for Zoe, the youngest. I think that will depend on how many I manage to finish.
Watching the clouds race across the sky today. The wind is strong and most of the leaves have now fallen off the trees, so I can really see the sky out my bedroom window. We have tornado watches in our area until 7 pm, so I'm enjoying the view, but also being aware.
I was reminded that this is the right time of year for oysters and am seriously craving them. Need to find them soon.
